ECU TUNING
ECU tuning is something I've
focused most of my time and effort on. I have a portfolio full
of dyno sheets from any setup you can imagine, including everything
from an n/a d16z6, to a boosted h22 to a supercharged b16 with
methanol injection.
Dyno tuning is done at Tag
Racecraft in Oakville, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
I don't mind travelling to another dyno shop, but I have no control
over pricing of dyno time.
Most of the cars I tune are
driven daily by the owners so they have to start up, run great
when cold, be safe and make excellent power all while being reliable
and fuel efficient. I have found this to be quite easily accomplished
with the use of Neptune. HiVelocity Tuning became an authorized
Neptune dealer in Feburary of 2008 and was the first in Ontario
to do so. After using crome, uberdata, Hondata, eCtune and Neptune
on several cars I decided that Neptune suits my and my customers
needs the best. Though I prefer to use Neptune I will still tune
with crome, Hondata or eCtune at your request.
I have chipped p28 and p72
tuning ecus, which use a Moates Ostrich for real-time programming
and a Moates Hulog for datalogging. I also have a PLX M300 wideband
o2 sensor setup and a Moates Burn1 eprom programmer (chip burner).
